Smoky Crispy Crunchy Chickpeas

ingredients 
  • 2- 15 ounce cans drained and dried chickpeas
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic 
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne 
  • 1/4 cup evoo
directions 
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Drain and dry the chickpeas. Place them in a bowl and add the kosher salt, paprika, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, cayenne, and olive oil. Give a good toss. Place on a parchment lined baking tray and into the preheated oven. 
  3. Roast for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool to crisp up.
