- 2- 15 ounce cans drained and dried chickpeas
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 cup evoo
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Drain and dry the chickpeas. Place them in a bowl and add the kosher salt, paprika, smoked paprika, granulated garlic, cayenne, and olive oil. Give a good toss. Place on a parchment lined baking tray and into the preheated oven.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool to crisp up.
