- 10 mandarins, peeled
- 3 blood oranges , peeled
- Extra virgin olive oil, to finish
- Maldon salt, to finish
- Place the peeled citrus in the freezer for up to 24 hours. Blend the frozen citrus fruit until smooth.
- Pour into a container, cover and place into freezer until set (around 2 hours).
- Remove from freezer (if it is too frozen, let thaw out a bit) scoop, and finish with a little extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of maldon sea salt.
