Ingredients

4 dates, pitted

1 banana

2 cups frozen oat milk ice cubes (about 15 cubes)

½ cup tahini

Pinch of sea salt

Pinch of cinnamon, to serve
Directions
Pour oat milk into your ice tray and let freeze overnight.
Once the ice cubes are ready, add them to a blender. Then add your dates, banana, sea salt, and tahini, and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour straight into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
