Labneh with Za’atar and Cucumbers

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups labneh but can sub with full fat Greek yogurt 
  • 2 tbs za’atar1/4 cup evoo
  • 2-3 Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • Sea salt to finish

Serve as is or with fresh pita.
