Place the cubed chicken in a bowl and top with all the spices. Season generously with kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Mix and place on skewers. Preheat your grill. When it’s very hot grill. Don’t move until the chicken releases from the grill easily. Once it does flip and grill on the other side. Around 5 mins each side. Remove from the heat and serve.
Serve with the chunky veg salad, grilled veg and garlicky tahini.
