Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry, rolled out
- 2 packages of feta (around 2 cups), crumbled
- 1/3 cup pressed ricotta
- 1 cup mozzarella shredded
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, whisked
- Sesame seeds to top
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place the crumbled feta in a bowl with the ricotta, mozzarella and the egg. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and spread the filling lengthwise down the center. Cut strips on a diagonal and cross them over one another (use video for reference). Whisk egg and brush over the dough. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds and bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden. Serve with tomato salsa, 8 minute eggs, radishes and fennel that gets a nice drizzle of evoo and sea salt.
