Wet the matza and leave it to the side on a paper towel.
Butter your cake pan generously and place in the matza, it's ok that it will break.
In a bowl add the eggs, cottage cheese, scallions, feta, dill, milk and season well with kosher salt and pepper. Whisk well and pour into the matzah lined pan. Place the mozzarella pieces on top and place into the oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove and serve with more fresh dill and a side salad.
